Portrait Photography Agreement and Release Form
Mini Portrait Session
1. Portrait Package Agreement
The Client has agreed to hire Langhoff Creative, LLC to shoot a session including up to one hour of portraits, plus professional retouching/editing, an online gallery and a disc of high-resolution photographs for the amount of $210. The Client understands and agrees that the entire amount owed for the Portrait Package is due in full at the time of delivery of the photographs.
2. Release Acknowledgement
The Client hereby gives consent to the use, reproductions, and/or publication of photographs taken. It is understood that Langhoff Creative, LLC reserves the right to use digital files and/or reproductions of any images taken of the Client for the purpose of (and not limited to) printed display, illustration, advertising, competition, promotions, publications or other purposes, including the internet (www.langhoffcreative.com, Langhoff Creative's Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
The Client hereby waives any right to inspect or approve the photographs and/or digital files or any eventual use for which Langhoff Creative may use these materials. With regard to the foregoing, the Client will have no claims against Langhoff Creative or publishers of these images in the present or future.
3. Digital Negatives, Prints and Copyrights
The photographs, digital negatives or prints produced by the Photographer are protected by International Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and the Photographer retains the copyright to all photos and images produced. The Client will receive a copy of the high-resolution digital photographs on disc as part of the Portrait Package. The Client may reproduce any photos from that disc in any manner they like for internal and external purposes. The Client agrees to obtain written permission from the Photographer prior to the Client (or its assigned agents) publishing or selling the photographs for profit.
