On Saturday, my photo club got the opportunity to take a photo walk inside of the Kenosha Water Plant. It was a really neat opportunity—the manager opened each room for us and took us on a tour of the whole plant.

The eleven of us who attended went nuts over the endless textures, reflections, colors and leading lines. I'm pretty sure the woman who was letting us into the rooms thought were slightly crazy...we weren't interested much in the processing of the plant, more in seeing the dirt, grime, puddles and rust!

Yes, in a purely nerdy way, I had a fantastic time on a unique visual exploration. Glad I got to share it with other photographers. :) Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, right?
