EUM – Young Adults Ministry

We are so excited to be a part of the Young Adults Ministry movement at Evangelical United Methodist Church (EUM). God truly breathed life into this new ministry with an amazing staff leader—Mitch Buenger—and some amazing Young Adult volunteers. It has been really cool to work with Mitch and EUM to create an identity for this ministry from the ground up.
The ultimate goal for the Young Adults Ministry is to reach a generation of young adults for Jesus, invite them into a community rooted in Him, and to move closer to God through serving like Jesus. Young Adult ministry opportunities are meant to focus on life stages: college-age, young adult singles, young married couples, and young families. We generalize our group to be between the ages of 18-30. However, anyone who fits the young adult lifestyle who may be older is strongly welcomed.
With our skills as graphic designers, we wanted to help push this movement forward, visually, so that people are drawn to be part of it. Alongside Mitch, we prayed for guidance and hit the drawing boards. Here's what we came up with:
After launching the material to the congregation, Mitch had some nice words to say to us—this is why we do what we do!

One of the ways EUM's Young Adult Ministry reaches out is through "First Fridays". They are gatherings of Young Adults to hangout, do a devotional time, worship together and go out into the community as friends. So, if you are a young adult living in the Southeastern part of Wisconsin, come check it out! We'd love to have you & would love to get to know you as we hangout with others in the area.
