Our weekend in Oregon also challenged me to take some portraits of people, which I haven't experimented much with. Sara, Randy & Summer let me stalk them a bit on the beach during their tackle football game and also at The International Rose Test Garden in Portland (which has been there since 1917!).

Also, I recently started playing with editing in Adobe Lightroom, which I am in LOVE with, by the way. So far my experiments  are paying off. I worked on these a bit in Photoshop as well to sharpen up the eyes. I think I'm going to really like taking portraits. Can't wait to experiment a little more!

I posted so many more portraits from Oregon in my Flickr photostream. Check 'em out and let me know what you think!
